Film Screening: "The Click Trap"
About the Program
This documentary explores corporate greed and overconsumption in a digital world where buying something is often just a click away. The Click Trap examines how major retailers use data and targeted advertising to influence what we see—and what we buy. Featuring insights from online activists and tech experts, the film sheds light on how the digital advertising system has become highly concentrated in the hands of powerful corporations. It also reveals how this same system can fuel scams, misinformation, and extremist content, allowing questionable—and sometimes criminal—creators to profit along the way.
Day of Pink: Zines for Resistance

In this creative, drop-in session, you’ll use library supplies to design your own shareable “info-art” zine.
