Library Policies

The Library Board is responsible for setting policies for the governance and the operation of Waterloo Public Library, in accordance with the Public Libraries Act, R.S.O. 1990, c. P.44. Any questions or concerns about a specific policy can be directed to Kelly Kipfer, CEO.

Most policies are provided in PDF format. Alternative formats are available as per the The Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act by contacting our Marketing and Communications team at socialteam@wpl.ca.
