At Waterloo Public Library, we are dedicated to fostering a sense of belonging and understanding, and invite you to join us in discovering Pride Month reading suggestions, programs, events, and resources designed to educate, entertain, and empower. This is a great opportunity to learn, to have fun and to appreciate how each member of our community contributes to creating safe, welcoming spaces for one another. Join WPL and SPECTRUM for a reading circle for 2SLGBTQIA+ folks and allies that takes less commitment than a book club. We'll have different readings (short stories, essays, poetry, etc) that we will read together and then discuss. No preparation needed! The readings will explore 2SLGBTQIA+ topics and/or be written by 2SLGBTQIA+ writers.
