Join the Biggest Baby Event of the Year
We’re excited to invite community organizations to apply to be partners in Babypalooza 2026—a fun, supportive event for caregivers with babies from birth to 18 months.
This year’s event takes place:
📅 Wednesday, February 25
🕙 10:00 am–12:00 pm
📍 John M. Harper Branch, Waterloo Public Library
(Partners on-site for approx. 3 hours, including setup and cleanup)
About Babypalooza
Babypalooza brings together trusted community experts to share resources, answer questions, and help caregivers feel confident and supported. On event day, participants can:
- Visit exhibit-style tables to chat with library staff and community partners
- Sign up their child for a library card
- Attend up to three 20-minute sessions—including a story time with library staff
We’re looking for partners who:
- Offer reputable resources and services that support babies (0–18 months) and their caregivers
- Reflect Waterloo’s diverse community, and promote equity, access, and inclusion
- Are excited to engage with caregivers in an exhibit-style format
What partners can expect:
- A table to share resources, answer questions, and connect with caregivers
- Promotion on our website and in event marketing
- The opportunity to host a 20-minute breakout session (optional and based on interest)
Application Details
Applications will be open from Monday, December 1, 2025 to Friday, January 16, 2026 at 5:30pm. Space is limited and our application process will help us to determine which partners will be selected to participate in the event. All applicants will be contacted about the status of their application.
Final partner selections and breakout session schedules will be confirmed in early February 2026.
