About Early Years and Child Care Navigators

The YMCA of Three Rivers’ Early Years and Child Care (EYCC) Navigators are here to help families who may be experiencing barriers to find and access child care and early learning services in Waterloo Region.

They are one of the first people you should talk to when you need help:

  • Exploring licensed child care options
  • Applying for child care through OneList Waterloo Region
  • Getting information on help paying for child care
  • Connecting with other services like special needs resources, EarlyON Child and Family Centres, and Public Health

Funded by the Region of Waterloo, EYCC Navigators are ready to support you.

Office Hours at WPL

Connect with Mel, EYCC Navigator, during drop-in hours at the Main Library. Appointments are not required. Office Hours will be held on the lower level in the Board Room.
