Parking

All Library parking is controlled by the City of Waterloo.

Parking for the handicapped is available free of charge at all times in all Library parking lots. Designated handicapped spaces are located adjacent to each Library entrance.

Dupont Street Lot

A Pay and Display machine is located beside the stone wall/column in the middle of the sheltered parking area.

Paid parking is in effect Monday to Friday between 9:00am and 5:00pm

You must display a Pay & Display ticket on the dashboard of your vehicle and park in the designated area.  Customers may purchase multiple hours at one time. Please read the instructions carefully to make sure you are paying the correct amount of money. The cost is $2.75 per hour.

Do not park in the “D” permit areas Monday to Friday between 9:00am and 5:00pm. These are for permit holders only.

Free parking is available in the Dupont St lot Monday to Friday after 5:00pm and all day on weekends.

Albert Street Lot

A Pay & Display machine is located on the sidewalk by the entrance to the libary.

Paid parking is in effect Monday to Friday between 9:00am and 5:00pm
