Important Rental Information
As a community hub, Waterloo Public Library provides access to library facilities on a non-discriminatory, equal access basis.
Activities held in Library spaces must comply with all applicable local, provincial and federal laws, including City of Waterloo By-laws, the Ontario Human Rights Code, the Criminal Code of Canada and all Library policies including the Library Code of Conduct Policy.

Renting a Room
Before booking a room, please review our Room Use and Community Information Policy, which includes important information about eligibility, room use, technology, food and beverages, renter responsibilities, and other terms and conditions.

Rooms are available for booking during regular library operating hours, though availability varies by location and room. View individual room information below for room details, amenities, availability, and rental rates.
