Winterloo Storytime with WPL

We are once again excited to take part in Winterloo this year - even if things do look a bit different. We are ready to kick off the festivities with a fun virtual storytime. Check out the details below and get cozy with us this Winterloo!

Winterloo Storytime with WPL
Saturday, January 23
11:00am to 11:45am
Cuddle up with a grown-up and join us online for a special winter storytime! We'll even have some crafts you can make at home using materials found around the house.

Set a reminder about the event and then watch LIVE on Facebook or YouTube

Take Home Kits
Pickups start Saturday, January 23
Bring a little piece of Winterloo home with you this year. The Winterloo committe and their friend Agnes from Mindful Makers, and from the Waterloo Engineering Society have created two different take home kits for you to bring a little piece of Winterloo home with you. In order to receive a take home kit from Winterloo, visit one of our library branches during open hours and ask for a kit at the curbside pick-up door for that location.

*No appointment necessary.
There is a limited supply of take home kits which are available on a first come first served basis. Limit of 1 of each kit per child per family.

Winterloo is an annual, free festival for all ages that is open to the public and run by the City of Waterloo’s arts and culture team, Create Waterloo. Break away from the winter blues with indoor and outdoor winter-themed activities. This year, Winterloo lets you choose your own adventure with things to see and do on your own schedule. Check out all the fun and exciting things around Waterloo, at home, and online at winterloofestival.ca
