Holiday Card Drive graphic featuring images of several holiday cards

After the massive success of the Holiday Card Drive last year, we are back again for another year. However, this year we will be doing things a bit differently. Our fantastic Teen Events Team will be running pop-up card making sessions at all of our locations throughout November and December. Drop in to one of these sessions to make cards and help spread messages of kindness and joy this holiday season. Our Teen Events Team will then make sure your cards get to members of our community who need them most.

We will also have special opportunities for schools and classrooms to get involved in the festivities this year.

Pop-up Card Making Sessions

Help our Teen Events Team share the holiday spirit this season with older adults in our community by attending one of our pop-up card making sessions.

WHEN: Every Saturday, November 19 to December 17 from 1:30pm to 5:00pm

WHERE: Any Waterloo Public Library location

For Schools & Classrooms

Classes or schools can take on the challenge by being paired with a specific long term care home and making more personalized cards for the people living there.
