John M. Harper Branch

entrance_new_branchThe Harper Branch, which opened on October 22, 2011, is the third library in Waterloo’s system.  This 21,000 sq. ft. library has a capacity of holding 100,000 items in its collections.  The Harper Branch is in a complex which it shares with the Stork Family YMCA at the intersection of Laurelwood and Fischer-Hallman on the west side of Waterloo.  We hope customers enjoy exploring this beautiful new library, and take advantage of the free internet and the many wonderful free programs for children.
