Toys to Grow:  the toy lending library

We are pleased to announce that, with the generous assistance of the Lakeshore Village Optimist Club and our volunteers, the Toys to Grow toy lending library at McCormick Branch is now open!

Hours

Thursdays from 6 to 8pm
Saturdays from 2 to 4 pm

Location

Optimist Room of the Albert McCormick Community Centre

The collection includes music toys, puzzles and games, developmental toys, and imaginative play. Since play is such an important part of growth and development during early childhood, we are so proud to offer this service to our youngest customers.

To virtually explore our collection, visit WPL’s online catalogue and try a keyword search for Toys to Grow. 

Each customer may borrow two toys, which are lent for a period of one week.

 Overdue fines are $1/day.   Toys are not renewable.
