City of Waterloo’s Seniors Programs & Services

The Community Development and Programs division offers a wide variety of programs and services for adults aged 55+ at various City facilities.

Community Care Access Centre (CCAC)

CCACs are local organizations established by the Ministry of Health and Long-Term Care to provide Ontarians with better access to government-funded community-based health services, and to facilitate the placement process into long-term care homes.
