General Donations

Waterloo Public Library is a registered charitable institution and issues tax receipts for donations over ten dollars.

Membership Donations

Customers are encouraged to make a voluntary donation at the time of membership application and renewal. Tax receipts are issued for donations of ten dollars and up.

Methods of Payment

Main Library - donations may be made by cash, cheque, Interac, VISA and Mastercard

McCormick Branch - donations may be made by cash or cheque

John M. Harper Branch - donations may be made by cash, cheque, Interac, VISA and Mastercard
