Personal Identification Number (PIN)
Access to your library account is protected by a PIN (Personal Identification Number). A numeric PIN is needed to place use the library’s computers, to place holds, to renew material online and to access online databases and services including Reading History. Getting your PIN is easy!
- Visit the library or phone 519-886-1310 ext. 110 Main or 519-886-1310 ext. 213 McCormick.
- Have your library card ready as you will be asked for your barcode.
- Choose your numeric PIN.
- Our staff enter your PIN on the system.
