The limits are per membership. Items with waiting lists may have their loan period reduced.

Books and Magazines

3-week loan; renewable; no limit on fiction; 4 per topic in non-fiction; 4 per title in magazines

CDs (Music and Recorded Books)

3-week loan; renewable

FastRead Books

4-day loan; no holds; no renewals

DVDs

Regular: 1-week loan; one renewal
FastView: 4-day loan; maximum 2 per membership; no holds; no renewals

Kits - Adult

3-week loan; renewable

Book Kits - Children

3-week loan; renewable

Family Language Kits – Children

3-week loan; one renewal; maximum of 1 kit

Junior Multilingual Literacy Kits - Children

3-week loan; one renewal; no holds

Harlequin Romances

Harlequin Romances are the only item in the Library not requiring check-out. Customers may bring their Harlequins to the Library and ’swap’ them for other Harlequin’s on the designated rack.

Vacation Loans

Going on a holiday? All items, except for DVDs, FastReads and kits (adult) may be checked out on a special 6-week loan.  Ask Circulation Desk staff for details.
