Over the past few years, it has become a tradition at WPL to celebrate you (our customers) and a love of libraries.  Special happenings this year at all three (3) branches include:

Colouring contest for kids.   Colouring sheets are available at the library.  The deadline to enter the contest is Wednesday, February 29 at 9:00pm.

What do you love about your library?  Help yourself to a paper heart at the library.  Write what you love about your library on the paper heart and receive a sweet treat (while supplies last).  We will share customer’s responses in the spring issue of “Off the Shelf”.

Trivia Contest.  For our Twitter (”WaterlooLibrary”) followers and Facebook (”Waterloo Public Library (Ontario, Canada)”) friends, we are holding a daily Trivia contest starting February 6.  A question will be posted on WPL’s Twitter and FB.   Correct answers will be put in a draw for a daily prize.

Prizes include books, CDs, and WPL merchandise.  1 prize per customer.  Hint: many of the answers may be found on the WPL website.
