Waterloo Public Library is pleased to announce the start of its NEW Teen Advisory Council (TAC).

TAC is based at the Harper Branch (500 Fischer-Hallman Road North) but everyone, ages 13 to 18, is invited to attend.

Meetings are held monthly. There are games, special guests, contests, food, and more. Registration not required. Just come, it’s fun!
